It is at the intersecting point of two major highways the Capital Beltway (I-95/495), which is visible from the Property, and the Baltimore Washington Parkway (I-295), as well as numerous arteries. BWI Airport is located 20 minutes north of the building and the airport shuttle terminal is nearby. The Property is less than one mile from the Greenbelt Metro Station, and ten minutes from the New Carrollton Amtrak and Metro station. There are several large employers within a short drive of the building, including NASA Goddard Space Flight Center, The University of Maryland, The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration and the US Food and Drug Administration to name a few.
